Berkadia has organized a $43.5 million mortgage to refinance a mixed-use property in Miami’s Design District.

At 4141 N.E. Second Ave., the 112,896-square-foot property has each workplace and retail tenants that embrace B&B Italia, Design Inside Attain, iHeart Media and MC Kitchen. In accordance with Berkadia’s managing director Scott Wadler, the property is a stabilized asset in one of many nation’s most fascinating luxurious retail districts.
