Shares of Nexj Programs Inc. jumped in early buying and selling Monday after the corporate stated it could be purchased at a premium to its latest share value.
At 9:32 a.m., the shares had been 40% increased at C$0.53.
The Canadian cloud-based software program supplier stated that N. Harris Pc Corp., a subsidiary of Constellation Software program Inc., will purchase all the firm’s excellent frequent shares for 55 Canadian cents apiece, the equal of 42 U.S. cents.
The value per share is a premium to Friday’s share closing value of C$0.38, and a 35% premium to the volume-weighted common value of its shares over the past 20 buying and selling days, it stated.
