Bayern Munich and United States worldwide Malik Tillman was loaned Friday to Scotland’s Glasgow Rangers for the 2022-23 season.

Rangers stated the settlement with Bayern features a provision permitting it to purchase Tillman’s rights.

Tillman was born in Germany to a father in the usmilitary and a German mom. He performed for the U.S. under-15 group in 2016 and for Germany at a number of youth ranges.

FIFA authorized his change of affiliation from Germany to the US in Might, and Tillman made his U.S. senior nationwide group debut in a June 1 exhibition in opposition to Morocco.

Tillman made his Bundesliga debut with Bayern Munich on Dec. 14 and performed in 4 league, two Champions League and one German Cup matches final season.
