Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (“Ensurge” or the “Firm”) on 25 July 2022 in regards to the ongoing fundraise in Ensurge.

By inadvertence, the announcement mirrored that one participant would subscribe for a convertible mortgage, when, in actual fact, the participant had supplied to subscribe for 600,00Zero shares at a subscription worth of NOK 3.00 per share.

The Board has in place an authorization from the 2022 annual basic assembly on 25 Might 2022 to subject shares in non-public placements and has, due to this fact, resolved to subject 600,00Zero shares in a non-public placement to such participant with a subscription worth of NOK 3.00 per share, such subscription worth payable by 31 July 2022 (along with the two,816,666 shares already resolved issued, as set out within the announcement on 25 July 2022).

Upon cost and registration of the share capital improve, the Firm’s share capital shall be NOK 214,561,213.02 divided into 216,728,498 shares, every share having a par worth of NOK 0.99.
