MILAN, July 6 (Reuters) – Generali (GASI.MI) stated on Wednesday that market regulator Consob had set a worth of 6.75 euros per share for Italy’s main insurer to purchase Cattolica shares it doesn’t already personal following its buyout of the smaller rival.
Generali stated it anticipated to spend as much as 84.7 million euros to purchase Cattolica’s remaining shares.
As of July 1, Generali held 94.71% of Cattolica.
