ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) – The LaGrange Animal Shelter is asking for donations of canine or pet meals for greater than 200 canines rescued throughout the investigation of a hoarding case.

On Aug. 25, the shelter despatched a number of officers and their cellular unit to help in eradicating the animals.

After eradicating a number of animals, the operation was stopped round 9 p.m. attributable to security causes.

Officers will resume the rescue operation once more, in line with the animal shelter.
