AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Blood Connection, a nonprofit group blood heart serving Docs Hospital of Augusta, is opening a brand new blood donation heart at 3156 Perimeter Parkway, Suite 201. 

The brand new heart is lower than a mile from Docs Hospital and can present a constant and handy location for blood donors within the area.

Though TBC has been supplying blood to the Georgia medical group for many years, this shall be its second fixed-site donation facility in Georgia and first in Augusta.
