Sundaram Dwelling Finance plans to boost ₹250 crore ($31.30 million) by way of issuance of bonds maturing in three years, three service provider bankers mentioned on Tuesday.
The non-banking monetary firm pays an annual coupon of seven.55 per cent on the problem, and has invited bids from bankers and traders on Thursday, the bankers mentioned.
The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and the problem will shut for subscription on Friday.
